SmartSens Announces New 2.5-Megapixel Automotive-Grade SC220AT Image Sensor with Built-In ISP and LED Flicker Suppression for Automotive Imaging Applications

Shanghai, China, June 22, 2022 SmartSens Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (SSE STAR MARKET: 688213), a technologically-advanced CMOS image sensor supplier, recently announced a 2.5-MegaPixel (MP) automotive-grade CMOS Image Sensor (CIS), SC220AT, as the latest solution of SmartSens Automotive Series (AT). Incorporating SmartSens’ proprietary technologies and a built-in ISP, SC220AT features high sensitivity of up to 8200mV/lux·s, high dynamic range of up to 120dB, effective LED flicker suppression, leading to its clear, detailed, accurate image outputs under complex lighting conditions. The SC220AT image sensor is compliant with AEC-Q100 Grade 2 and ISO 26262 ASIL B. As a high-performance, reliable, automotive-grade CIS solution, SC220AT can better empower automotive viewing and sensing applications, such as 360-degree surround view camera system, Automatic Parking System (APS), and Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS).

SmartSens Automotive Series features automotive-grade CISs with resolutions from 1MP to 8MP, providing high-quality imaging solutions for automotive viewing applications, automotive sensing applications, and automotive in-cabin camera applications.
